Title Insurance: All title insurance rates are as published and required by Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. Detailed rate charts available at www.kenlutherlaw.com and at www.fntic.com. There is also a $50 CPL fee charged by Fidelity for every loan transaction.
Governmental Charges:
Recording Charges: $25 per document
Transfer Taxes: $1.00/$1,000, or fraction thereof, based on the purchase price Intangible Taxes: $1.50/$500, or fraction thereof, based on the loan amount (n/a for cash transactions)
