STANDARD FEES - RESIDENTIAL CLOSING
PURCHASE OR REFINANCE
Fee: $595 ($495 for
cash transactions) - This will cover all costs and fees that we would
normally charge in our representation of the lender, including: attorney fees, courier charges, document preparation, tax
report charges, post closing fees, overnight deliver charges, title commitment, postage charges, etc. Additional closing
docments are $50 per document, which includes the recording costs.
Lender's Title Insurance: Lenders policy rates: $2.55/$1,000 plus $ 55.00 based
on loan amount.
*Simultaneous issue rate:
Lenders policy is $150 when issued at the same time as an Owners Policy.
Insurance:Owners policy rates:
$4.30/$1,000 plus $ 80.00 based on purchase price (enhanced policy)
