Firm Profile The Law Office of Kenneth R. Luther History: Formed in 2000, the firm limits its practice to residential real estate closings. The firm was founded on the principle to partner with others that share in the desire to provide the best service at the best price while maintaining high standards of personal and ethical conduct that constantly reflect adherence to the “golden rule.” By following this principle the firm has grown from one employee to over twenty and continues to grow at a rapid pace. Location: The firm is located just off Barrett Parkway in Cobb County in a mid-rise “class A” office building, currently occupying approximately 20,000 square feet of the first floor. The offices are located at the edge of a natural lake in a lush, wooded setting providing a beautiful setting for clients to enjoy. Inside, there are eight large conference rooms, two lobby areas and a children’s room, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Our Gwinnett office is conveniently located just off I-85 in a similar mid rise office building. Attorneys and Staff: Each attorney and staff member is an experienced and mature professional. All have come to the firm from other firms seeking a work environment that reflects their personal standards and convictions. Speed and efficiency: Within 24 hours of receiving a title order or sales contract a file has been created, title has been requested and returned, information forms sent to all parties, payoffs requested and all required forms sent to the lender. This process is done faster than any other firm. In fact, we daily receive calls inquiring, “How did you do that?” This same dedication to speed and efficiency is carried over to closing day, as we always start on time. Our lobby areas are for clients and customers who arrive early, not to wait on us to “catch up.” Communication: When an order or contract is received the closing is immediately assigned to a closer and an attorney. Information forms are sent to all parties notifying them of the closer and attorney’s contact information. The closer will retain the file until the conclusion of the closing. There is never a question as to who to talk to, or where the file is. Also, the client will have the same closer and attorney for each closing, unless requested otherwise. This creates a consistency of service and communication that other firms cannot duplicate. Price/Fees: We receive the most questions and comments about our fees. By working only with those clients who share in our values, using only experienced staff and attorneys, employing highly efficient internal systems and refusing to participate in any income sharing structures (i.e. joint ventures, etc/) we are able to provide our services at approximately half the cost of other firms. The fees are a reward to those clients who “do it right.” Our job is easy when we partner with the right clients. The result: the staff and attorneys enjoy working with our clients, creating a great work environment, creating an attitude noticed by customers, who then refer new customers to our clients, starting the cycle over again. |
